Trial Victory

The Law Offices of Ross Green is pleased to announce a recent trial victory. In early February, Ross Green represented a client in an indecent exposure case. The client faced lifetime registration as a sex offender if convicted. During closing argument, Ross Green argued there was no sexual intent and the incident was merely ill-advised humor from a young man. After a day and a half of deliberation, the jury informed the court that they were deadlocked and unable to reach a verdict.  On February 25, 2015, the District Attorney dismissed the case.
